I have more than 16 years’ experience in the commercial and industrial industries. I have held positions of electrician, electrical technician, electrical foreman, electrical general foreman, I&E planner, scheduler and I&E estimator. I have worked overseas as an electrician and electrical foreman providing services to our military in Iraq and Afghanistan, and I was in charge of all I&E take-offs on a $250MM Flare Gas Recovery project in Carson, Ca.

·               I&E Planner, Turnaround Planning, Ascend Materials Alvin, TX. Responsibilities included building work packages for TAR in June; Walking out work packages; taking pictures of scope in the field; Working in SAP to verify Work Orders, order material and verify resources; working in P6 in Master schedule to step out plans and over 3 units for T/A, attend weekly meetings, worked with manufactures to verify specs and delivery dates, and work with procurement on material issues, worked with multiple subcontractors with their portion of the TAR.

 

·               Planner/Scheduler, Capital Projects, Marathon Petroleum Refinery in Texas City, TX. I develop project schedules and execution plans; I work on multiple small to mid-cap projects parallel; job walks to verify progress; resource load, moving data date and assist with T/A as needed; I participate in client IPS review; internal project management and departmental weekly and bi-weekly meetings; I also took care of all I&E take-off’s and I&E Estimates on small-mid size capital project’s; I build schedules with multiple disciplines. (civil, pipe, structural, elect. and inst.) 

 

·               Electrical Foreman, Logcap IV, DOD, FOB Salerno, Afghanistan. Responsibilities included ensuring work orders were completed on time and ordering material for projects; conducted safety meetings daily to assure everyone was updated with any changes and to remind them to fill out JSA’s; worked in Maximo to track work progress and material; perform all material take-offs on all projects that were awarded under $5,000; filled in as E1 as needed including in charge of all daily operations at the Electrical Shop; perform job walks to find discrepancies on electrical installations.

 

·               I&E Planner/Scheduler, Flare Gas Project, Enterprise, TCACP, BP, Texas City, TX. Responsibilities include all I&E take-offs for all projects; worked with cost to help with unit rates and budget, worked with schedulers on logic entries and updates, attended weekly meetings, performed job walks for weekly updates on schedule and cost, worked with manufactures to verify specs and delivery dates, and work with procurement on material issues.

 

·               Electrician, Logcap III, DOD, FOB Fallujah, Iraq. Responsibilities included providing services for our military; wired up and worked on generators ranging from 4KVA to 1 MEG, installed lights, receptacles and conduit as needed on new projects; built MWR and DFAC, which included ordering material, figuring out wire size per piece of equipment, learned and worked on European voltage 230-400VAC 50 Hertz systems, made sure all paper work was in place to have a safe work environment.

 

·               I&E Planner/Scheduler, Flare Gas Recovery, BP, Carson, CA. Responsibilities include all I&E take-offs for all projects; worked with cost to help with unit rates and budget, worked with schedulers on logic entries and updates, attended weekly meetings, performed job walks for weekly updates on schedule and cost, worked with manufactures to verify specs and delivery dates, and work with procurement on material issues, worked with multiple subcontractors with their portion of the schedule, attended weekly meetings on projects.

 

·               Electrical General Foreman, Chiller Re-Vamp, MD Anderson, Houston, TX. Responsibilities include conducting safety meetings daily to assure everyone was updated with any changes and to remind them to fill out their JSA’s, planning and executing all electrical scope, installation of cable tray, conduit, over 100 stress cones, UPS system, and the wiring 4160 chillers; also worked with rental companies to assure all equipment needed was on site.

 

·               Electrical General Foreman, Capital Project, BP, Carson, CA. Responsibilities included Coker revamp T/A, Hydrocracker upgrades, Tank Farm revamp, 250KVA transformer swap out, and multiple other projects, supervised 3 crews on different projects and a total of 40 personnel; responsible for all planning and ensuring all crews used the correct material, tools and equipment; attended all meetings and worked with schedulers and cost personal.
